Every JARVIS@WORK deployment is governed by explicit contractual commitments. Here is what we guarantee to every client.
Your data stays on your hardware
The JX-001 appliance processes all inference locally. No data — prompts, responses, documents, or telemetry — leaves your building. This is a contractual guarantee, not a policy preference.
No training on your data
We do not use client data to train or fine-tune models. Your proprietary information is never used to improve our systems or any third-party model.
Full audit trail
Every prompt, response, and tool call is logged with an immutable audit trail stored locally in your infrastructure. You own the logs. We cannot access them.
Transparent subprocessors
We maintain a current list of any subprocessors used in delivering our service. For on-premise deployments, the list of subprocessors with access to client data is: none.
Incident disclosure
In the event of any security incident affecting our systems (not client systems, which we cannot access), we commit to notifying affected clients within 72 hours — in line with GDPR Article 33.
