Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
JARVIS@WORK Ltd. ("JARVIS@WORK", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Data we collect
We collect contact information (name, email, company) when you book a discovery call or contact us directly. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and manage our commercial relationship. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Client data
JARVIS@WORK is an on-premise deployment company. Client data processed by the JX-001 appliance remains entirely within the client's own infrastructure. We do not access, store, or process client operational data on our own systems.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@jarvisat.work.
Cookies
This website uses no third-party tracking cookies. We may use a single session cookie for functional purposes only.
Meta Marketing API
JARVIS@WORK uses the Meta Marketing API to access and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts on behalf of clients who have explicitly granted permission. The data we access includes ad account information, campaign performance metrics, audiences, and creatives — solely for the purpose of managing and reporting on paid advertising.
We do not store Meta user data beyond what is required to deliver the service. We do not sell, share, or use Meta data for any purpose other than managing the advertising account for which access was granted. Access tokens are stored securely and revoked immediately upon termination of service.
To revoke our access to your Meta ad account at any time, visit your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
Third-party services
In delivering our services, we may interact with third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and analytics providers. Each platform's own privacy policy governs how they handle data within their systems. We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients and do not control how these platforms process end-user data.
This policy will be updated as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients.
